Introducing Online Payments
We are committed to ensuring our clients have access to the latest in payment technology. We are also required to ensure that we always comply with the legislation relating to security in payment of Insurance Premiums.
To this end, and in conjunction with Macquarie Bank Limited, we are pleased to introduce DEFT Payment Systems, which offers new time saving and convenient methods of paying for your insurance. Payments made via DEFT Payment Systems are automatically receipted against your policy, meaning we can confirm payments in a more timely manner, as well as reduce human error discrepancies to virtually nil.
- ONLINE PAYMENT
Simply go to our Website. Select “Pay my invoice Online”, then enter your DEFT reference number (located at the bottom of your invoice), complete the other details and complete your payment by Credit Card.
- BY PHONE
If you would prefer to make a payment via phone you can either just call our office
02 6771 3422 or call DEFT Phonepay, on 1300 30 10 90 and follow the prompts. Once payment has been made, you will be given a transaction confirmation number, which you should record as proof of your payment.
- BPAY® - via your financial institution
Payments from your cheque or savings account can be made via BPAY. BPAY payments are made through your financial institution’s phone or internet banking service. The biller code and reference number for your BPay payment can be found on your invoice.
- IN PERSON – Australia Post outlet or AT OUR OFFICE
You can pay in person at any Australia Post outlet, or at our office in Beardy Street Armidale. Simply present your cheque, cash or money order together with the remittance advice at the bottom of the invoice.
- BY MAIL
Simply make out a cheque to DEFT and mail it with the remittance advice at the bottom of the invoice to the address indicated on your invoice.
Please Note that a surcharge for credit card payments does apply.
